I finally rode it, think I need to tension the chain a bit more - its quite slappy

Well a muffler arrived today, but it wasn't the size I ordered Perhaps next weekend will be testing time

All in and done up, will put a washer above the front bolts though (engine > pegmount > washer > cradle) Good point about the bash plate.. Have to see if slotting it is feasible - otherwise gotta get another one EDIT: bashplate fitted via hacksaw, need to grab some longer bolts tomorrow

Got them out, won't attempt to put new ones in with my press - will use mates huge unit

This one (the BSE 260mm) has been without rubber for a while it seems, the bush outer metal is almost embedded into the hole

OK, sorted that head stem out. Swapped top triple with the orions, used the pp castle and ditched the black washer Can you get new shock mount parts that screw on the shock thread? I swear I've seen them before, cant remember where though - might be easier then pressing in a new bush
