first off i'd undo the drain plug and check theres no water in there. then consider raising the fuel level a touch. flat slide carb? maybe check there... sucking air in around the top or summink. only bogs after a big shakeup? hmmmmskis... maybe even electrical, and your idea of it...

aye. check carb for leaks firstly. obtain intel on fuel flow by unscrewing drain or having carb pee on foot when removed... is all good? hmmms. pop carb apart. check that there is some sort of passageway from float bowl chamber to the atmosphere... a kinked hose or blockage will stop air...

spin that collar at the base of the spring so its on the lowest notch, deepest notch,whichever one lets the spring get a lil bit longer therefore softer...multigrips ;) biguns! unless its already on low....
