I'd be changing the oil first thing, then clean the air fillter. Maintance wise. Air fillter every ride when dusty or every 5 hours of ride time. Oil I'd do every 10-15 hours ride time. As for the throttle I'm not too sure.

I'm from Singleton but I'm willing to travel. Haha. I don't know of any tracks that are good for a 12" bike. What about you mate? Where are you from?

Those SPC spanners are a good set for $90. I brought the metric and imperial sets. Great buys. I've been meaning to get photos of my tools but they're in my work car.
