what thickness gasket is it? sometimes the oring can obstruct a perfect seal... maybe replace with a thinner one... but id just use a spray sealant like hylomar on the head gasket and clean both the head and barrel surfaces with thinners... dont take your time assembling it tho... hylomar dries...

firstly, they are not honda motors lol... ducars are and still are a decent engine in there class... just a little outdated im guessing its a 1 down 3 up geared engine, if so then make sure it has no false neutrals and that you can select neutral easy...
