Ive had two 155z’s. One was perfect, and the other had shift issues. The shift fork would pop over the drum and get stuck on the right side instead of being either side, if that makes sence? (There’s a thread on here with pics somewhere) I got it fixed and it hasn’t done it since, but I’m not...

    Cordogs bought a Dax

I didn’t realise we don’t have a Dax thread? Anyways I ended up doing a deal with my stocka for this little beast. It’s engine goes like stink, but was the reason I picked it up for a good price. A zongshen 140 is something I wouldn’t expect to see in something this old... It rides rude and...

    Cordogs bought a Z50

Finally got myself a Z’r, pretty damned stoked with it too. I bought it sight unseen, and I assumed it was an 88. Turns out its Kitaco 75cc kit and cam with a crf50 head and the bottom end has only done 1000k’s! Also the builder of the bike is our very own BBRCRF50BOY. So I know it’s...

    Pit Bike Carb Rebuild Video

Nice work mate, you pretty much covered everything that needed to be said. I’m not a fan of the wire in the jet, its a last resort option imo. Usually a good soak of carby cleaner and some compressed air will do the job.
