    PSTO TL160 build up

Thanks Swapper! That's the plan... Whether it will eventuate I'm not sure as yet. On a side note, anyone who requests video of how to install valve springs can take a short run off a tall cliff... Even if I did throw something together, the amount of swearing while I try to fit my slightly too...

    PSTO TL160 build up

Righto guys, I hate the word 'build' being used to describe what I'm going to do, so I've tacked on 'up' in the hope of making it more obvious that this isn't a ground up thing, it's just me following the crowd and adding the usual parts to a bike to make it faster and prettier ;) I have this...

Taky +R springs, titanium retainers and installation in a V2 head

Mixed springs now installed in the head with the Ti retainers... Few other bits to go on the bike too ;) Tyres, plastics, coil, intake manifold, chain, sprocket cover, dress up kit, 26mm OKO will be yoinked from the Nitrous... Suggestions on a better/bigger carb? Sticker kit on the way too...

    Carby Questions

You inject an explosive vapour mix of petrol and air into the head, it is compressed, the plug, which extends into the head, ignites it and hot gas is then expelled into your exhaust... Gee, my head, exhaust and plug are all hot!!!11! I wonder why? How hot is 'really hot'? Needless to say...

    PSTO, VERT, LXR160 and 140's

LOL, I'm with Dynamic, I am 100% confident that I'll be able to get parts for my PSTO... Especially seeing as the Vert IS a PSTO :p Aside from that, they're a pretty big company in China and you can order anything you need via the internet!

    PSTO, VERT, LXR160 and 140's

If you've been doing your research you'll know by now that a lot of people will recommend the LXR... If you want to save a few dollars get the Vert. Forget the 140 ;)

    I can't guarantee that...

    2012 160ho Vert

You won't necessarily get a 'bigger' spark, but you will get a stronger spark with a better coil... As your revs increase you want the strongest, most consistent spark you can get. A decent coil might even help a little with starting ;)

    For Sale: Rev MX 160cc

Someone buy this. I'm out for the moment as I just bought a trials bicycle... At ~1k it cost more than this bike! I'd hate to see this go cheap on ebay.

    Motovert 160cc questions...

The front forks are perfect, you won't need to replace them. Definitely comparable quality/setup to the DNM Hornets :)

    Motovert 160cc questions...

I have a PSTO and a Nitrous... The linkage will cr@p all over the solid mount for dirt riding ;)

Exhaust to fit DMX pro 140?

But he has a CRF style bike... If you want bling, throw this on it, then go buy the LXR ;) (You may still need to mod the header... Ask Ken.)

Exhaust to fit DMX pro 140?

You could undoubtedly adapt something, but why? The exhaust would be worth as much or more than the bike... You might be better off starting here ;)

    Sweeeeet! Thanks Terry +reps :)

Taky +R springs, titanium retainers and installation in a V2 head

Thanks SGONE, I might just throw it together with the original springs and the Ti retainers for the moment, there is no way the +R springs are gonna work :( I might have to fork for some more Ti retainers to suit the +R springs (if it's worth running them), or look into different springs...

Taky +R springs, titanium retainers and installation in a V2 head

Howdy guys, I recently grabbed the V2 head and bits off SGONE and just got hold of a valve spring compressor to install the +R springs and titanium retainers... Here is where I've run into trouble :boxing: Now, #1 is the original retainer, it matches with #5 which are the original...

I pick up an LXR Pro tomorrow!

Considerably... Although you're probably best off keeping your current forks and looking at an upgrade of the rear shock to the LXR model if you plan on upgrading suspension ;)
