Great build series, pity photobucket had to ruin great posts like these. Just finished a pw50 for my son, no where near as involved as your build, just carbie, steering stem bearings and throttle housing switch.

Anyone actually find a good set? Found some copies on ebay, pwonly.com.au and pro50parts.com.au, not sure if they're any good.

Yeah they're the 2015 restyle kit. Just have to drill out the rivets on the airbox side panels, rivet the new side panels on and the rest just bolt on. Check out Racetech restyle kit, MXStore stock them.

Yeah still undecided and as you said too many unknowns. I guess if I block the fence and get the CRF the neighbours might think I'm just mowing the lawn :laughing-smiley-002

Been planning on getting the little fella a CRF50 for Xmas but have recently discovered a few electric mini's (Torrot E10, YCF50E & OSet) which has now got me thinking if going electric might be better... Electric Pros: - Pretty much silent, so can build a small track at home and won't annoy...

Will give you a shout once I've got the KLX for a ride.

Thanks Cordogs. Besides Fort Lytton MX which isn't really a mini track, are there any dedicated mini tracks around Brisbane? I usually ride QMP but don't think they have a track for minis unless you can ride on the kids track??? Cheers Justin
