Another Thought ! How similar to the old Honda CG air cooled 4 strokes is the Hummer. The engine mouldings look very similar, I'm thinking would the Honda workshop manuals be any help ?

Hi can anyone help with an overheating Hummer 4 stroke?? My bike is only a month old and in addition to the kick start dropping off on day one I now have a real problem. If the bike is started and run for approx 2 mins the exhaust pipe glows bright orange. I'm guessing this is a timing issue...
