Yeah I would guess I'm at about 40hrs and that's just making the plug. Mine has been so hard because I didn't have a shape to start with. I basically started with a block of foam and just started carving. Once I had a shape that I was happy with then I had to cover it in bog block it back then...

I'm half way though. A few weeks and it should be done. It's so much more work than you would think!!!

Yeah fast50 never seem to answer emails but they usually answer the phone so it's much easier to give them a call. Crf50.com will ship but they use some weird shipping company but it still works. Hope this helps.

Not so. Fast 50's are still making parts and crf50com will ship to aus. I have purchased parts off both shops in recent times.

That frame kit has already been polished and been clear anodized so no need to polish ever!!

Haha man i love that shot!! That is proof that these 190+ motors have to much power. That pic was half way down the start straight of a big bike track and still not at full throttle.

One thing that I have learnt bleeding brakes on china bikes is because of the angle that the caliper is mounted on you need to bleed it at the hose. Pump the brakes up and hold the lever down then undo the banjo bolt at the caliper until fluid comes out then nip it back up. Do this 3 or 4 times...

Looks more like its rich on the needle. Main isn't far off. It's a bit hard to jet just off a full throttle run you really need to use the load control and work on each section.

That should be an easy fix mate. The common problem on the ct110 gear box is either the bolt for the shift star comes loose or the roller that follows the shift star snaps. You will need to pull the clutch and primary driven gear off and you will be able to see the part that has failed.

I still say this is one of the best mini tracks in aus. I've got to say a big thanks to shearer for putting on the day and build such a fun safe track to race on. Both the mini track and midsize track are perfectly setup for the bikes they were designed for. Now we just need timeeh to upload...
