Of course it was clean it was new. What did you put back in it..4 stroke road bike/dirt bike oil?? What oil? And for what its worth, most owner reviews are from owners that have had there bike for a while, tinkered with it, know the in's and out's of it AND have actually ridden it. You cant...

If the locators on the diff are larger than in the blocks, just drill out the blocks untill they fit.

Also be aware of the tyre clearance to the tray. Without tubs/mini tubs you wont get it down to far without rubbing.
