does anyone know if the gears from a 50cc ducar would fit the 140 or not, if so would be better to rip apart my bunged out 50 so i could learn before even ripping the 140 apart

so you have to replace the gears?, buying those gears from dhz they come with the pins? is it easy task all in all? ive never stuffed around with gear boxes but will have a crack at it, with cracking the case do you have to replace the gasket or use gasket goo once done?

yeh dot 4 fluid, cable seems alright considering when i bled them its still pumping fluid through. just confusing

thanks for all the help... quite possibly she will work most of it out after a couple of hours, but twisties its mainly in those first couple of hours i am concerned about.

i went riding yesterday and all was well till after about 2 hours of riding we were going up this hill climb and i use 2nd gear for it and midway it just went neutral, but its in second, wont go in at all just like its missing completely, the motor isnt rattly or anything has a slight tingy...

calliper still on, snapped the connection for the cable only so just replaced and bled it and nothing at all

ive already got 17 35, its only one of those 110 lifan tripple valve things, but its in a crf frame so too short and light of a frame, i might have to make up a bracket that just stops the throttle going all the way

does anyone know how to make a govenor.. i just built a bike for my girlfriend but its got a little too much power for her and need some form of govenor or anything to knock it back, ive already changed the sprockets and it still lifts too easy, any ideas at all to tone the bike down at all?

its strange i replaced the cable, bled the brakes and i still got nothing in the way of the brakes actually working. anyone know what is going wrong?

you did swear dont deny it now that you have altered your post. It was clearly stated in a thread that kids arent dumb and changing 1 letter out of an offensive word dont mean nothing, pretty sure it was said to sus1 you said the work starting with p ending with k and only changing 1 letter...

has anyone purchased one of these? i took a look at them when i was in the shop but didnt buy without getting some form of feedback on them, are they actually bright enuff to ride at night? and is the wiring easy?
