middle chain roller/buffer?............is that the rubber wheel thing that goes in the middle of the cylinder.does it go in a certain way???

just rechecked the cam sprocket and the cam dot is at the 9 o'clock position as well as the T mark on the fly wheel is lined up with the mark on the housing with the piston at TDC

yeah i pulled the chain tensioner out when i had the motor apart,but put it back in the same way it came out so i think it's right.I think the cam timing is correct,followed some info on how to do it i found on the net.If the cam timing is wrong wont the bike not run properly.bike runs fine just...
