ah **** its behind the flywheel isnt it? i dont have a flywheel pulley

can you point me in the right direction of where that might be

am just in the process of rebuilding the top end on my crf50. have run into a snag. i have everything put back together and the timing chain doesn't seem to be long enough to let me bolt up the cam gear. all my timing marks are in place and there doesn't seem to be any gaps to make up for this...

Yikes. Well ill be changing that today then. As for the exhaust it's definitely not leaking. What is really doing my head it is the bike is pretty much new. I bought it off a guy about 2 months ago who still had the original tank of fuel in it.

ok so i checked my valves and everything was fine in that department. im starting to think the sound may be coming from the flywheel or box area. but its just so hard to tell. iv filmed a small clip of it running in the hope somebody might have some idea as to where i check next...

i just saw on facebook some guy selling a high rev CDI for crf50. i jsut wanted to get an expert opinion about the damage this might cause? is it just generally ****house for your motor? Honda would put governor's on for a reason, surely it'd do more harm then good. did i just answer my own...

maybe I'll just go the hardened +1 legs then. considering I bent stock ones in 3 days I may as well go for something stronger. cheers for your help

Iv just bent by stock crf50 fork legs, looking around for some new ones, all the aftermarket ones im finding are +1, im curious to know is there any that are the same height as the stock ones? would i even notice an extra inch in the front without bringing it up at the rear as well?

im sure there is something on here but i did a little search and couldnt see something. my crf50 front wheel is twisted to the left, iv tried the usual things but for some reason its not working. i loosened the fork bolts on the triple clamp and tried to straighten it, i thought it worked but...
