Billet thumpstar frame build
Taken the billet frame out on afew rides now rides great the 270mm fastace shock feels awesome and the china forks i got for it are actually awesome way better then my genuine Honda 50 forks, bike feels really strong went giving it a bashing very happy with it- T-rev86

Billet thumpstar frame build
Got myself a billet frame thumpstar bike in poor condition, stripped it back to bare frame and started a new build on it, went for a crf50 style build using some genuine crf50 parts and some Chinese parts. wiring lifan 125 into 1986 Honda z50r
The easiest way would be run full lifan loom,cdi, coil, kill switch buy everything to suit lifan then fit all to frame in the neatest way you can and just move things around till you can get it all to fit and function correctly- T-rev86

Help no spark
If you have a kill switch disconnect it incase its faulty and stopping it from firing, its actually quite common problem that can easily be overlooked- T-rev86

Mikuni Carb mistake...
Surely it damaged the carb, id either get replacement parts, atleast the slide and hope nothing else bent but if it runs bad definitely just get a new carb- T-rev86

Mini addiction coming back strong
So since buying a 2007 genuine thumpstar its kick started my mini addiction again so the collection has grown 😅. I have added another 2 to the collection a crf50 stocker with big bars exhaust and pegs, the other is a built crf50/88 with heaps of goodies on it just got to clean it up abit then...- T-rev86

2007 thumpstar back on a mini again
