125cc elstar Blade 1 (ducar engine) - chinese bike

If i were to turn up the carburator on my 125 would i get any increase in speed?

this seems stupid but honeslt have no clue how to do this, i have an elstar 125cc Blade and my back tyre went out, i had no problem taking it out im just trying to figure out how to take the tyre off the rim, i tried using screwdrivers but wont work. Thx :D
