    Thanks thumpstar, going to throughly look over the bike again tomorrow.

    Checked the wires, all seem fine. It was suggested that the magneto might be buggered, going to ask a bike mechanic friend of mine, I'll let you all know how I got on.

    Hi Guys Hoping you can help. I have a Orion 125cc and it wont start. It has no spark.I have tested, on another bike, the coil, CDi pack, i have changed the fuse, spark plug and it still wont go. All these will work on the other bike. I have no clue on what to do next. Thanks
