sorry guys I was meaning 59-60mm bore and i was going to get a recon shop to do it if it was possible

hi there i am wanting to bore my lifan 140cc motor out to between 160cc and 170cc. How big a job will this be, can i bore the stock barrel out or will i have to remove the sleave bore the castting, put in new sleave and bore the sleave out a few mm so that i could maybe put a 59-60mmOD pistion...
