125cc gear trouble

Hey all i have a 125cc pitbike with a lifan motor and am having some gear trouble so am looking for some advice.

The problem is the 2nd & 3rd gear is jumping and slipping. Have not done anything to fix it yet as i am unsure on what the problem could be so any help would be great.
