lol me and my mate have been racing his old and new bike against egouther while i wait for my prox to come next week

his new bike is the twin spar model 138 big bore pretty much an RS but a bit more classy (the 138 is just a 127)

and i took his 125 air cooled lifan cradle frame model up against his and it ****** wips him everytime..no rider advantage...and thiers no weight advantage cause my other mate has the SAME bike but even he cant catch it, how can the exact same bikes not come close to egouther??

its the FLUKE machine...anyone explain why its running soo quick...no carb adjustments have been done...all have the same standard mikunies on them

yer what is the go with them 138's only be 127's. i know if u have the 125 barrel and piston with the 140 stroke on the bottom end it makes a 127. is that what them engines are? a few people i know have bought 140s and measured em up and said they arent much or if at all different to a 125.

just curiosity sake here, cause if i buy a 140 i dont want to get ripped off lol

There could a few factors that cause this difference.

Like how was the run in period for the faster bike did you give it a thrashing early? cause that may have sealed the piston rings properly giving you more power.

What kind of fuel are you using? is the same in both bikes.

Do you know if the gearing is the same?

But then if you can't find any differences there it all comes back to it being they are Chinese bikes and there are always going to be good and bad ones of the bunch it may just be a really good one.

nah thier was a rip of merchant selling of 138 big bores

which were really just 127cc lifans

thier are REAL BIG BORE MOTORS

like the 140 outlaw or 140 racing series for example

i just bought the pro-x which comes with a legit 140 racing series lifan

55.5mm x 59mm bore and stroke

= 141cc

id say the bikes must be running different gearing,

count the sprocket tooths an find out if there the same

exact same sprockets on both the 125's but the 138 is using 14 to 39

soo that should give it a huge advantage but it doesnt...
