2003 yumbo dakar endura 200cc wiring

rear lights,got the blinkers done not a prob...theproblem is running light and brake light????dont have plugs and need to straght wire,ihave a multi meter.shouldnt it be constant power for runnning light and brake light when i pull front brakes only???... paid 350 and it has 700 miles and clean,i think i go a steal ......????

does it have a 6 pin cdi ?
