It'll be too long, you'll have to buy a chain breaker or take it to a bikeshop to shorten it, I doubt they'd charge you more than $5 to do it, it's only a 30 second job...

hi, i have got a 38 teeth on my orion i got it from ELSTAR PRODUCTS ,it cost me $25.00 htt://www.elstars.com.au

na it should still fit im pretty sure that they have the same sprockets.
it might not though but the one from elstar should definately fit.

If your talking about the model 27 with the perimeter frame the Elstar sprocket wont fit....

My 27 has a sprocket with a 52mm inner hole and 66mm to 67mm stud spacing...

The Elstar 38tooth sprocket claims to have a 54mm stud spacing...

For future reference....
It looks like the Atomik and Orion AGB-27 (perimeter framed "Kwaka style") use a 801 rear sprocket. (using the 8.5mm holes)

These sprockets are used on the KLX110 (using the 10.5mm holes) and a lot of the small Suzuki bikes, so should be available at most larger bike shops..

lol thats a bloody ripoff, you no they get them for about 3 dollars each? i got my for free from atomik, asked workers there to give me a few for free,

FRANKY.... have i told u how much u meen to me? and our Friendship...

P.s lob us one ;)

kawasaki replica ones dont work with the 37tooth, hence why you go to mottie shop pick a 37 tooth sprocket up with no drill holes and do it yourself :)
