48mm top fork triple clamp

Just wondering if anyone knows where to acquire a top triple clamp that is 48mm not 45mm

(as my forks are 48mm both on top and bottom clamp)

A bit of this and that, Built it but it started life as a bbm/bse150. Wanting to put dnm hornet forks on the bike but they’re straight through forks with a diameter of 48mm for both top and bottom triple clamp/fork clamp.
