49cc pocket bike wont start

Hi everyone im having problems with my 49cc pocket bike as it is not starting. First of all it started an hour before it stopped working. I have put new fuel into it, cleaned the carb TWICE, there is plenty of spark on the spark plug, fuel it getting through to the spark plug. Help don't know what else to do

Are you sure the fuels right? I.e no water in the bottom of the tank or something funny like that? Maybe try and use another fuel source to test? Also try removing the air filter and see if that fires it up. But pretty much if you have fuel and spark it should fire. Also try some "start ya bastard" sprayed down the carb, it can do some wonderfull things

are you using the choke ?
and how much oil are you adding to the fuel ?

and have you replaced the china plug with a genuine NGK too ?
