Hey guys

So tomorrow I'm getting a tonne of dirt delivered to my house to make a jump for my MSO.

Do you think a tonne is going to be enough to make a decent tabletop? It doesn't have to be massive I just want it to be fun, but still a bit of a challenge.

If anyone has any dirt jump pics that used about 1 tonne of dirt post em up here.

And YES I have searched for pics and have not found any.

mmm no its wont be enough for a table top maybe enuff for a small double. like this:

i have no clue how much 1 tonne of dirt is but sound like ALOT, lol. are u just gonna build the 1 table top or wat? i would think that it would be enough but depends on how big u are going to make it etc.

Yeah I thought that's how much it would be.

I guess I'm getting 2 tonnes now lol

You didnt make that jump did you. Doesnt look like you've got enough height to make it

I think that you will need around 4 to make it worth jumping.
Once it is compacted even 4 tonne may be no where near enough. I have had 10 tonne of sand and dirt dumped on my front lawn to build a verander 4meters X 4meters and that would have just made a nice double about 1 meter high and 4 meters long.

A tonne of dirt for your backyard?? Where will you get a run up and land? You'll need about 20 truck loads for a good table top.

You should make a wooden ramp and make the dirt you're getting a downy.

Yes I want a ramp like a 50's ramp just stronger. I can't find one to buy.

lol thrash ages ago I said I would buy yours and you said no. Wanna sell it?

On the idea of the drum yeah thats a good Idea I have a few few bricks I am going to deffinately use those.

I'll replace all the wood!! Give me a price!!

Lmao, why replace the wood when it would be easier to just build one!!?!? go find some 44's, chep pallets, wheel burrow, shovel, hammer nails, fair few litres of recycled water:rolleyes: and build ya jump man!!
