a rear suspension question

I think we have worked out that the spring is not strong enough, so we have to wind up the spring to make the suspension hard. But when you wind the spring so much.. it stops the Rebound working and makes the bike very bouncy, so the back wheel is always slipping out... I have nearly worn my back tyre all the way down after 3 races!!
it is a FAST ACE rear suspension,at slow it was supposed to be quite good
it is a supermotard tyre
sb can slove the problem

i have a fast ace rear i wound my spring down np

preload still works fine

have you tryed pumping it up a bit
