I've been talking about Sliding bike bikes for age's just havent got around to building something to practice,

Well the OG energy drink & nitro circus are once again pushing the limits

I see alot of the trials bike riders pulling off slides on various objects but havnt seen much of the mx bike riders doin it.

Metzger actualy did grinds on hiS CR250 years ago, had a box set up & had pegs on his bike, you can buy a kit for YZ250's of Inovative concepts to run pegs.......

i cant remember if it was, but years ago i think it was one of the older crusty demon vids where it was more raw footage style they had a 50 down a dirt track and a small grind pole they were doing it on?
