Hi guys and girls.
Just wanna knowhat veryones method of cleaning air filters is?

Sometimes I either soak it in hot soapy water then let it dry out and I've rinsed it with petrol before- don't think it's that good of an idea hopefully your bike don't backfire and catch this alite lol.

it seems everyone does it different in some way lol, but this is what i do,

First i rinse it in kero and get all the dust and dirt off it, then i hit it with the compressor(just helps to get all the finer stuff out) then rinse in warm soapy water, then hit with the compressor again as it helps withe the drying process.

But the best stuff ive ever used for filter cleaning is the no toil brand
No Toil Products

I bathe it in kero for a couple of mins. Rinse, dry out and spray with filter oil (a lot better than the hand stuff).

I only generally keep a filter for 3 - 5 rides depnding on how dusty it is.
