VIC roads don't just hand out licences, you have to go through a motoccycle training company like HART (Honda) or one of them

yeah i know that they dont just hand them out but my cuz has agoraphobia an wanted to know if he can get some kind of special teatment

yes thats right he isnt house bound he can go around the nieghbourhood but thats it but hes starting to get better an get out a lil more an he thinks if he could drive or ride it would help him get out more an further
