Hi, I think that this bike is a modified version of the Atomik Pro X 70cc or 125cc

Not sure what type of bike but looking at the disc rotors & other bits n pieces it looks to be one of the cheaper brands of bike

I bet that seat if hard? You can upgrade to a taller seat>

(you need to find out what size axles you have first? Im guessing they would be 12mm axles that are usually found on the cheaper bikes)
You can go to a 12" front & still run the 10" rear>
