Ive seen and heard people say its legal and others say its illegal, just to settle it so there is no confusion it is illegal. I called up both dee why and frenchs forest police station today who both had no idea, so i then called warringah council who told me it defenantly is illegal. Just to share the knowledge but yeah its not gonna stop me or alot of other people so have fun but keep that in mind
