Are all 125cc oil cooled engins made by Jialing ?

I'm in a sweet debate with my importer about them selling me Gongyu stamped motors, when they advertised Jialing ...

They said

". In regards to the engine it was made by Jialing. Jialing is infact the only manufacture in the world
that makes a 125cc Oil Cooled engine. The reason why the name on the engine is different is that
it was OEM by another company. The engine was made by Jialing. "

Is this true ? are they the only company that makes 125cc oil cooled ? if not, who else does ?

not to sure about that ,, Lifan ? there a pretty major motor company arnt they?

Im sure ive seen both Lifan and Ducar oil cooled 125s

i dont think lifan 125 "stock" use oil coolers.. such as the pitpro 125... but then again the pitpro 125LE has a oil cooler...... my mates 06 motovert uses a jialing 125 and has no oil cooler..... but then the 08 jialing motors have oil coolers so its pretty hard to work it out
