before you make the search ,its spelt lifan lol.Anyway my 2 cents is that lifan are pretty decent motors for value the newer version which are mostly gray are better than the older black/chrome engines but i havent experienced any problems with both just keep a good mineral oil in it to start of after the first change go to a semi synthetic then a full i recomend motul ,motorex for the best results and make sure you keep the bolts tight and wel preped with loctite and after everyride clean the airfilter with either mineral turpentine (turps) or air filter cleaner and oil it up with some air filter oil.Keep the maitnace up and the engine will give you many days of happiness

The Lifan engines are great little units the Liflen engines however are made in Uzbekistan and burn more oil than an Iraqi bonfire LOL
