Yes they are Genuine if you are getting one go Ebay.... But remember that heaps of bikes come out of the same factory in china (DSE) and the only difference is the Stickers on the tank and upgrades to components. If you buy DSE bike be sure to check the parts advertised (ie Spark plug, carby, Forks, etc) are on the bike you get.
If you get a MSO you also get a DSE bike and get exactly what is advertised and the guys are happy to show you the bikes before you buy. (I just got a MSO and was very happy with the service)
