atomik 70cc quad wont run at all loncin motor

my sons quad wont run at all . it has spark petrol , i've cleaned out the carby and it still wont go . i was thinking it must have something to do with the alarm that comes with these bikes . any ideas would be great coz i've ran out of them . it cranks over easy , i,ve checked everything i can think of and it should go but won't

No idea about the alarm, try posting this in the correct section,"tech talk" you may have more luck.
