The wheels can be bought from here: Ahp Minis and they are tubeless.

New spacers have to be made other then that it's no biggy to install - i'm running withour rear brakes as I didn't have the right spacer!!

Heat paint. However I find it quickly gets scratched!

a lot of people in europe are running yamaha jog scooter wheels, they take a bit more work to make fit but look the nuts. also mobster pit biks in italy sell the mag styled wheels that are pretty well priced.
