BBR Perimeter Replica Project.

[Mini-Fifty]

Hey Guys,

After a successfull CRF50 replica build, another build: BBR Perimeter REPLICA.
Bought it yesterday, but need to do some work on it so i decide to rebuild it.
The bike has already: Fastace forks, adjustable rear shock, Pitsterpro wheels, 118cc big bore engine, runs really like a beast.
Not sure yet which colors/plastics.
First step is to strip the whole bike, clean everything and put it back together with a few new parts.
Parts i ordered: CNC footpegs, ASV levers, kick start, gear shift lever, and a few more parts.
Thinking about to put a CRF50 engine in it with a bigbore cylinder.

Had some black/green plastics with Monster energy graphics, so i put them on the bike.
For so far i like it, need to do much more work on it but i take the time!

Suspension done by HK Suspension, also thinking about to buy a hydraulic clutch.

nice build mini-fifty. i've got one but its just a frame, you dont happen to know the headstem steering bearings size or have a picture of them? been trying to find out for ages so i can do something with mine

@ Motovert24, the steering bearings are the same like in a fifty!

Engine is in!!
Runs really good, happy with this setup.
Looking for some new colors for the bike, if someone have cool ideas let me know!

I agree with Carlts white plastics and a trick decal kit would look great but i dont mind the monster energy ones you have. Keep the pics coming mate.

I was thinking about a white plastic kit to match it with the silver wheels.
Some easy graphics will make it cool to.
I also want to buy black wheels, and make it look like the monster BBR factory bikes.

I dig the silver personally, but a cheaper way to get black if your intent, may well be to put some rim tape, or just spray them yourself?

I still had some white plastics and i decide to put some graphics on it.
Cheap way for a cool graphics kit, and save alot of money

Your bike looks great with the white plastics and stickers matches the frame and wheels well. The only thing a can say that the bars are to small for my liking taller bars would be better. But is your bike and you like it that way go for it.

This weekend finally had some time and motivation to go work on the pitbike
Took the engine of the frame

The engine what's going in the frame is an YX160cc engine with Trailbikes piston.
The YX160 engine is a little bigger than the other engine and i had to
do some work on the frame to make it fit.
Finally the engine fits in the frame

Soon i will take some better pictures.

For now i want to buy an CNC alu brake pedal, new throttle + cable.
In the future i will do some other colors with black plastic and black wheels but now
its time to go riding!

Hey Guys,

Long time no changes or anything.
Striped the bike and give the wheels a black color.
Yellow (old) plastics with a graphic kit made by myself.
Nothing special, but i love this mini.
Everything is done by myself.
