best pit bike for me

ok so i been riding bike 20 years and want to get in to the pit bike supermotard deal but dont no much about pit bikes i dont want a cheapy and dont care id i have 2 throw down a ferw $ on a great bike i want a big wheel and all the good bits shocks brakes clucth and a off its head motor but its kind of hard to find what im looking for as the market is full of cheapys whats out there thats mad anything water cooled please help me find the right bike

re the motard, i havent seen any factory sold manifold thats any good..the few guys on here have basically converted there own (me included) you can check out my thread for ideas, but if you have a few $$ to spend there are much better bikes to choose from.
