Hey guyz,
iv just been wondering im located in SA and im really interested in gettin into pitbikes and stuff, the only thing is im not sure what 1 to buy.
ive been looking at a particular 1 called the - Pitpro 125cc RR its worth $800
is that a good one for me & how long do u reckon itll last! :D cheers

You have the 'entry level' bikes : TDR, Atomik, Orion, Dirtmax
You have the 'mid-ranged' bikes : DHZ, pitpro, braaap
Then the 'top end' bikes : Pitsterpro, Ciniworx, motovert

For the price your paying it'll be fine. Just keep it maintained properly and you shouldn't have many problems at all besides for rider error related.

Is the bike good for you? We'll need more information from yourself about yourrself to answer this and how you plan to ride the bike (bush, track, jumps).

Your going to be in need of help when you get your new bike so take a look at these threads (This is a basic thing to what you should do to your bike once you get it):

First thing you do to the engine is drop the shipping oil and put in some new stuff:
- Shell Advance 4T Motorbike Oil - 15W-40, 1 Litre - Supercheap Auto
- Castrol Activ 4T Motorbike Oil - 15W-50, 1 Litre - Supercheap Auto

Then check your valves... VERY IMPORTANT!!:

Might want to have a look at some mods to do to your bike as well:

I guess, you did cover the entry level, and the mid ranged, and the top end, you prob should of really covered the over priced bracket too. ;)
The "kid" is looking at a bike that is gunna cost $800.... find a crf for $800.... Good luck.
I mean, there's one in the classified section for $2200 and it doesn't even have USD forks.... yeah thats resalable, it's been for sale for 6 months.
