boots for pitty's?

hey people,

i bought a set of blue berik motocross boots to use when i ride my pitty i got them home an i have found i cant even get them under the shifter to change up. is there any boots that are still protective but are more comfort to ride on a pitty? im thinking about taking these back but i want boots i can where on both pitty and motocross bike when i get one down the track?

well i have that problem cause i have size 12.5 feet lol so my boots end up being 13's haha all i did was get a longer gear shifter and also lifted it up a few notches and works ok

not familiar with the boot but maybe you could adjust the shifter on the spline ?

There are mini specific boots though.

yer ive got thor 50 boots and there mad....iave heard of people using thor quadrants as there softter and easy to move in otherwise just have 2 pairs full size boots and minis

I use thor shorties as well they provide plenty of mobility with added protection... think they retail for 220 or something?

i remeber a thread not that long ago but they had these jogger thype boots but made from alpinestars or fox or some other big named company.

Yeh just wondering whether I need boots when Im riding my PitPro 125cc RR?
Or can I just wear sneakers?
I wont be doing jumping just yet if that has an impact.

Depends how serious you wanna get. If your burning round your backyard, sneakers will be fine. If you wanna get more serious thor 50/50 and even shift make good shorties if your after something that gives a little more protection..

i had the same problem as i wear size 13 boots to so i cut my gear lever and made up a little sectoin same size and welded it back on and now boot fits under nicely
and they feel weird and awkward first time but after a few laps you get used to them
