Brakes siezed on DHZ Outlaw160

hey everyone the other day my brakes siezed on my DHZ Outlaw160 just cruizing around a paddok.... it still allowed the wheel to turn when riding but dragged alot then what happened was all the oil heated up and blew the braided line from the caliper (the back brakes by the way) and dumped out a bit of oil and now when you press down on the brake pedal it doesnt do a thing.... any help on what it might be or how to fix it would be tip top thank.

idk why they seaized, but if the line come off and u just bolted it back on u will have to bleed them as they will have air in the system
