Well, i just had to. I felt jelousy from those of you! wogtaz,motoxxx,unit and many more. Im blowing all my money on my ban account right now to get it started.Which is not much haha i blowed it all on me bros klx.

Ok im building up a roller for now(everything minus engine) cause i just dont have thew funds for it all now hehe

Ok im tossing up frames now. I think im just gonna grab a china A frame n get a sano? i want it to be a reasonably large 50 as im not 5 yrs old no more. Im looking at +4 swinger for it right now. And just grab some of those zoke replicas and dump them on the front?

Rememberr i im not using all good parts. Theres unfortanuntely gonna have to be a mixture.

The forks will have the billet triples,axel & everything else included with it....

Im going to buy some red baron bars and then all that little stuff after i get done with the big stuff

Oh yeh...wheels? might just dump on some sm pro's? might go 12/12....but havent ruled out 12/10 yet so dont worry hehe

You think ill go china frame,swinger,fastace shock,as-01/02/zoke replicas then go crf engine/ fmf 4.1 pipe

dunn o why i said that but it aint exactly mine...i ride it more though hehe

yeh me and my dad went halves in a klx for him...got it for 1200...you cant hold out on bargains like that...we never let him ride it tho7ugh cause were always on it lol

nah i wouldnt put china **** on it mate if ya going to the trouble of doing a honda do it right the first time yeh???

maybe a fastace rear shock but i wouldnt go with china forks and besides get some crf50 forks and put a five0 forkleg kit and that will raise the bike 2 inches at the front and a bar kit and seat and rear shock and a +2 swinga will make it alot bigger you would be suprised how big the bike would be if you did all those mods to it ;)
 
hmmmmmmmmmmmmm got nothing to say really lol.... do what ya want to do , wait for bargains and build it as cheap as you can with quality parts. mite take longer but atleast you got a klx110 to muck around on while ya build it? :D

Guys the frame is going to be a Thumpstar billet alloy style one and the thumpstar swingarm.
Forks are goin to be DNM and rear shock is going to be fastace.

Wheels are going to be china's for now. Might buy a FMF pipe aswell

reast of peices like tank etc etc wll be transfered from my old china

my mind is made and its on order so to late to tell me not to

BIG BIG mistake you made there man you shudda just brought a china then sold the engine and put a crf50 engine in if thats what you are gunna do...

but its upto u,but IMO it will never be a crf50 :(

Ive got a crf50 stock engine coming.Got it for 380 from a mate.I think it was a sweet deal. Got a crf tank coming aswell with crf graphics and plastics.Scored them for 120 altogether.I think thats a good price aswell cause there in good condition. All this from a mate. its good to have friends with done up honda's and lots of extras hehe

and ill prb end up getting a new swinger aswell once i get more cash.

BUT the billet thumpstar frame is very strong. And ive seen lots of people use them in there crf's

Im with you , you can build it all up from china parts and stick a honda in it but essentially it will not be more than a china with a generic honda 50cc motor in it.

It costs more to build a 50 from scratch than it does to buy a stocker. You can all ways sell off the stock parts.

I would buy the earliest xr50 (2000) / cheapest xr50 you can get your hands on. Go from there.

Thumpstar billet frame and swingarm(the swingarm doesnt have a permanent spot on the bike though)
Fastace Shock
CRF Graphics
CRF 50 engine
DNM M-200 forks

......thats all for now

wanna slow down on the cash spending

Like i said. If people see it and Honda doesnt come to their mind straight away...i dont care haha

if you wanted it to goo good and look good u should get a mso or somthing because a crf engine will not go good unless you spend atleast $1000 on it and thats only for a half decent "FAST" motor
 
You'll be happier with a pitpro with stock crf50 plastics and graphics.

Hey dont get all defensive , you asked for our opinions.

I have no doubt that it will be strong with the billet thumpy frame.

Ok If we must do a crf50 on a budget here's my list:

Motor: Pick your self up a honda motor , not too many around but get looking. Even get one from the states. A dude name Tom Carrol has a 88 super head motor for sale but he wants $700 for it. If you want it Ill get in contact with him

Frame: The thumpy billet frame will work. They go for around $150 if your smart enough to find one.

Forks: Get some As-01's or 02's. 645mm versions. Push them up through the clamps a few inches. You'll get a set of as-02's for under $300

Swingarm: try to get something quality here. The thumpy swinga's are ok. I reckon the old swinga of my mso which was 4" longer than stock would work sweet. It was very strong and well built.

Wheel set: You cant stick crf50 rims onto a hub which takes a 15mm axel. You might be able to find an alternative. Try to find out what model exel rims Tj russel had on his bike. Get some china billet hubs and Bridgestone tyres.

Bore kit: Brand X minis 88cc super head kit from Ebay.com

Shock: Fastace BS-66AR , with piggy resi.

Bars: Universal Duece XR50 bars or Pro taper xr50's

Tank: Get a quality honda tank , the quality diff. between the honda and a china is amazing. Dude on fmx has one for $50

Electrics: Honda , no substitute.

Bolts: DOnt you dare but a china bolt near the thing

Plastics: ebay , get decent non china graphics. Kaos has cheap five-o ones



You could build it for under $1500 if you look hard enough. Its possible. But it takes alot of effort and alot of time!
 
lol u should see my crf50cc sized bike its a china but i took the 50cc out and put a 146cc with irk tdr carby tdr muffler peformance leads its so funny u cant keep the front wheel down u can wheel stand in every gear with out triying its scary fun lol its a scaled down copy of my 150cc race bike.
