yeah i go riding in the bush all the time but i dont take a camera so soz no pics but yeah riding in the bush is heaps fun.
just got back from chum creek the other day just out of healsville near kinglake it was pretty good and theres some good bush trails up there.
yeh i get up to kinglake a fair bit.. not many tracks left up there that are any good for the 4wd.. to many get logged or gated.. toolangi isnt bad but again.. alot of the tracks are closed and gated, so becomes a no go zone.
been YEARS since i been to eildon! *sings* 'we're goin to bonnie doon, were goin to bonnie doon....' last time I was there there was actually WATER(that liquid stuff that tends to fall from the sky..) in there.. enough to use the boat ramp and the weir was still flowing good.. havent seen recent pics but my bet would be its REALLY low compared to them 'good 'ol days'...
would be interesting to walk the bottom with a metal detector though.. wonder how many rings and coins you would find.... just a thought...
oh k yeah my step grandparents have had the house there since my step dad was like 5 they used to ski on the lake all the time, now the hole place is dried out except for a river about cr125 fender height through the middle, its shocking , good to ride there tho haha
