got caught!

i was riding today, not on the road just some paddocks around the thunder dome an got caught by a cop on a bike he said he could arrest me an shit like that but instead he took my photo a photo of the bike wrote down the vin numbers or what ever they are an said ill be getting a fine in the mail,

now what i want to know is what will happen if i get caught again??

does any one know ??
also i was riding my YZ125 not my pitty

I think it has to be the third offence before they will do anything drastic. Were you riding on private property? I figured that it is to have a cop collar you. If its private property then its trespassing and i dont think the cops are overly fond of it.

Anyways badluck, hope ya dont get caught again nad the fine isnt to bad

if u know u got a good chance off getting away, than that would be a good go! but if u know ur chances are low, dont... proberly get something in between $200 - $400, thats if u do get a fine!

yeah, he was on a XR dont know what size looked bigger then 250 an were i was he came out of a street an in the padocks right in front of me i thought of running like usual but he was about 5 meters infront of me an i just started to run in my engine so i had no chance
250cc+ VS 125cc runnin in on massive long straights = me getting my arse kicked LOL.
i dont think its private i think its goverment reserve some thing like that ill find out
would rec rego help???
so if i get caught again he wouldnt arrest me??

yer rec reg save ya on 1 fine no reg is about $340 and if he does ya for no license thats another $530 i know been doen for both thats if ya in vic

You really have to watch where you ride these days.
On the mornington peninsula the cops have been fining
as many as 10 people at a time for riding pitys In the wrong
places.

Just keep a good eye out and watch where you ride.

Funny madman! i get chased nearly everyday buy cops/ranger or public. at my age you carn't afford to get caught! i'm to pretty for jail!

but there is no way a cop should be able to bust you on private proberty unless the owners have complained, that how i've gotten away with riding car parks for years.

ok well time for an update i got 3 fines in the mail 1st one for unlicenced driving $537
2nd for unregistered motorcycle $322
3rd fail to wear helmet $145
f**k that shit f**k im pissed

yes i pushed it there an the only reason i was not wearing a helmet was i for got it i just put the engine together so i thought id just quickly check it out i wasnt doing any thing stupid i was going like 5km/h i was there for 2 minutes

also stick you said did i have permission, no i didnt so even though it was private property an i had no permission the cop had the wright to book me is that correct??

The cop would have been on an XR650 and those guys can go pretty good, you would b pushing shit up hill to get away. Rec reg would help but it still depends on the land your on and the mood the cops in.

It's PRIVATE PROPERTY, not your PRIVATE PROPERTY. Forgot your helmet,I have a really bad problem in forgetting to put my HELMET ON before my GLOVES.Maybe the nasty{older} copper{that is riding a bike,that may ride a 4fiddy on the weekend} was pissed at seeing you riding around with no helmet
