Hi Guys,

Pretty much the forks on the AGB29 Suck, so I was looking at possible replacements, everyone seems happy to suggest oh buy the fastace AS02 or AS03 ect ect.

the thing is, these forks come in the "mini standard" of 655mm..
Thats all fine and good, but the AGB29 requires a 710mm fork!! which means all the available replacement forks, won't really work!

I think the problem is that the AGB29 isn't really a proper Mini,
I can easily put 14" rear and 17" front on my bike without causing any suspension issues or anything like that. (should I be able to buy them!)

my other option is to buy Firmer springs, now obviously no one makes firmer springs specifically for the fork on this bike.

so does anyone have a idea what fork springs fit, that are firmer than the stock. or where I could find some.

so what are you guys doing about the front suspension? I plan to buy either a firmer rear spring, or just a Fastace 66 shock with 1200lb spring hopefully.

The stock rear shock is ok, it just bottoms out on G outs and on jump upramps a fair amount, and with no Low speed compression adjustment a firmer spring is required.

get a 66rc and fix your forks by putting spacers and heavier weight oil in them

according to elstars website, the fastace as02s are 700mm.. so wouldnt they be almost perfect for your agb29?? we really need someone to actually measure the length of the fastace so we know the true dimensions

They need lighter oil not heavier, there is WAY too much low speed compression damping as well as WAY too much rebound damping as is.

I've already changed to 2.5wt in both legs, and the springs come from the factory preloaded over a inch standard. So neither suggestion is useful.
