[WA] mini-motard racing

Hey All,

The Pocket Bike Association of WA (PBAWA) is opening up a class for mini-tards at our recently aquired Jack's circuit in Wanneroo (No dirt section, SOZ). If any of you lot have a mini-tard lying around dust it off, the next practice meeting will be Jan 16th, 2011.

The bad news is you will have to comply with MA rulings and purchase a day licence for $20, plus day fees, usually around $50. Ohh,,, and you may be lumped in with some scooters and postie bikes LOL.

Got a full set of wheels with slicks from the pitty shop in Rockingham for $300.oo and they pretty much bolted straight on!! I'll be doing a bit of lockwiring and catch bottles on the weekend to finish it off!!

Bump..... this weekend guys, got my mini-tard all ready to go for Midvale on Sunday!!!

When I scrubbed the tyres in last Thursday night the track temp was really cold and in the first session I got the knee down right before both tyres let go!!! I caught it but didn't deck a knee again on the night. LOLOLOLOL...

hahahaha. thats the good thing about having suspension is you can catch it sometimes. i dont know when my pocket is going to chuck me off. it just says 'yep buddy......your gone.'

I can't wait for Sunday the weather is looking like high 20's and Midvale is 20k inland and always seems to be about 10* hotter than Perth city!!! Once I get the tyres up to reasonable temp I'll give the knee sliders a fair workout!!!!
