Can someone with photoshop turn this pic pure black and white so I can use it as a stencil?

I think so pitmaster but what colour would I be cutting out.

for a stencil i cant see you being able to cut it,

if ur doing it for graffiti u can us e a technique called funn offs where u fade a part of the picture so the it joins up
also ud cut the black out
