I just recieved my agb29 a few days ago and I have been fighting the carb ever since. I installed a NGK plug, Uni Filter, and even played with the throttle needle in the carb and it still sputters and cuts out under throttle. I know some of you guys think agb's are junk and thats fine but I could really use some help!!!!

1. Raise idle via the gold phillips head screw on the right side of the carby.( to the right to raise, to the left to lower idle.)
2. Run the bike with no air filter to see if the filters a re restricting it.
3. Check inlet manifold for air leaks.
4. Check fuel cock in correct postion.
5. Check that ur main fuel line is running down 2 the carby not up so its not trying to defeat gravity.
6. tighten/loose the fuel air ratio screw on the bottom of the carby.
7. Try running the choke.
8. See if your cabt piller is at the bottom of the carby.
9. Let fuel out of your overflow, it may be flooded.
10. Attempt to Clutch start the bike.

GET RIDE OF the 19mm circle style carby and get a 25mm or better for better performance.

exact same **** hapening 2 my bike, still havent sorted it!!!

Thanks dabomb, I have tried just about everything I can. I will play with the air mixture a little today. I am looking at a 26mm mikuni but how do I mount it to me intake manifold since it has the two bolts and the mikuni doesn't? Is there a certain mikuni I should use?
KTMKID, maybe we can help each other. If I find something that works I will let you know and you can do the same for me. With all of the good info on this site we will get it figured out. I want to thank all of you for your awesome info and for taking your time to help others. That is what makes a good forum.
