Carbie help?

Hey guys,
Took my bike for a little spin today between the rain and when I click from 1st to 2nd and gave it some beans it seemed to gut out a bit, im pretty certain its the carbie because the engine runs well and sound sweet. It is a Mikuni carbie but im not sure what size. If anyone can give me some tips on setting it up (such as fuel/air mixture) that would be great.
