hey guys im back :D i lost my internet for a while and sorta forget about this site lol. anways im looking at getting a carby for my dhz 140cc outlaw. i want something reliable and will maybe also give it a bit more performance. any suggestions?

oh yea my lifan 140 takes 36 pilot 96 main jets so I think the zonger would be pretty close

ok the 26mm oko flatside you think? im probly going to buy that.. so 26mm is right to fit for the 140?? and wil it give me alot more performance\?

yea 26mm, everyone who has one loves the OKO, they rip shreds man... trust me you'll notice the performance.
I run a 96main jet and 36 pilot so they'll probly be pretty close for you too

bought it today from ken at dhz with the unifilter n malifold and throttle cable:D im keen to put it on nd go for a rip .

how much did you pay?

120 and i was supposd to get a stock airfilter but i asked him to throw in a uni insted hehe :D

thats an awesome deal...

Hi Guys,
New to the forum.
Similar question to DHZ140cc.
I've got a ProX 140 and looking to lift the performace a little.
What carb do you suggest? not even sure what it has on it now, used to playing with bigger bikes.
Was thinking a 26mm OKO Flatside, Unifilter etc... What fuel is recommended? 95,98 or Rocket fuel?
Any advantage of using race fuel in these bikes and what jetting is suggested?
I generally race Desert (Hattah, Condo, Safari etc) so always have left over race fuel..
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Cheers.

I'm another vote for the 26mm oko. we have two bikes setup with them at the moment have had 4 bikes with okos 24mm, 26mm and a 28mm the 26mm is the pick for a 140. I use 98 fuel not for the octane but because it's the cleanest I can get around here, you only need high octane when you are runing higher than stock compression ratios, so any good fuel will work (dont use that alcahol mixed **** I wouldnt put that in a lawn mower).

I got a stock 140 and I put a 26mm OKO flatty on my bike and it ran sweet... Only thing I had to do was turn the idle down...

oko flatty 26mm on a 140 is the ONLY way to go..... are you in aus? round here 36 / 96 jetting is the sweet spot for a 140 with an oko 26mm

Hey,
Yeah, I'm in eastern Melb.
Spoke to DHZ on Ebay, looking at grabbing an OKO 26mm, manifold, cable & Unifilter off him.
Apparently comes with 36 /100 jets, 100 too big you reckon??
Apart from that, all good, just need to find crush washers that actually fit the oil cooler banjo's, bloody hard to find at the mo. 10mm to big as is 3/8 and 8mm too small. Any ideas peoples??

Cheers.

Hey,
PM sent, much appreciated.
Hopefully this works otherwise I think the easiest thing is to piss this cooler off and start again with a brand new one...
