carby problems

my motorbike fell over today and i picked it up and fuel was pooring out of the bottom of the carby so i turned to fuel off for a while and turned it back on and it just keeps coming out.
whats wrong?? i think i might be missing one of the needles at the front

floats stuck open mpst probably, take the carby off and give it a quick clean and make sure the floats moves freely
